Our Products

We put lots of care into making sure our product photographs, descriptions, sizing information and other details are as accurate as possible.

Please keep in mind that colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device and lighting.

Pattern placement may also vary slightly from one product to another. This simply means that your Willowtree piece may be a little unique!

Any small variations of this nature are not considered faults.

Of course, this does not affect your rights if a product is genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described.

Choosing the Right Size

Please check the size guide on the individual product page and measure your dog before ordering.

We recommend choosing a size based on your dog's measurements rather than breed, age or the size they usually wear from another brand, as every dog and every brand can be different.

If you're stuck between sizes or aren't sure which one to choose, you're always welcome to email us at Willowtreeaccessories25@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Any sizing recommendation we provide will be based on the measurements and information you give us, so we cannot guarantee a particular fit.

Using & Caring for Your Dog's Products

Your dog's comfort and safety are incredibly important to us.

Harnesses, collars, leads and other walking accessories should always be correctly fitted and used for their intended purpose.

We recommend checking your dog's products before each use, paying particular attention to buckles, clips, stitching, D-rings, adjustment points and other hardware.

If you notice significant wear, damage or anything that could affect the safety of the product, please stop using it and replace it where necessary.

It's also important to regularly check the fit of your dog's harness or collar, particularly if they're still growing or their weight or body shape changes.

Please don't allow your dog to chew their accessories, and use appropriate supervision where necessary.

Like all dog wear, Willowtree products are not indestructible and will naturally experience wear over time. Damage caused by chewing, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear is different from a manufacturing fault.

This does not affect your rights if a product itself is faulty or unsafe.

Placing an Order

Once you've placed an order, you'll receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please have a quick check that your products, sizes, quantities and delivery details are correct.

If you spot a mistake, email Willowtreeaccessories25@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been processed or dispatched, we'll do our best to help.

Occasionally, we may discover an issue such as an item being unavailable or incorrect information being displayed on our website. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and explain your options.

Prices & Payment

The price you'll pay for your products and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before your order can be processed.

For international orders, additional customs duties or import charges may apply. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

Discount Codes & Offers

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, special offers or promotions.

Any important conditions will be explained alongside the relevant offer.

Unless we specifically state otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash and cannot normally be added to an order after it has already been placed.

Our Essential Walk Set and Complete Set are already discounted, so additional discount codes cannot be applied to these bundles.

SECONDS Products

From time to time, we may offer products labelled SECONDS at a reduced price.

These are products that may have a cosmetic imperfection, slightly different shape, design variation or another characteristic that doesn't match the original intended design.

We'll clearly explain why a product is being sold as a SECONDS item on its product page, so you know what you're purchasing before ordering.

A characteristic that was clearly explained before purchase isn't considered a fault by itself.

However, your usual consumer rights still apply if the item has a separate fault, is unsafe or isn't as described in another way.

Personalised & Custom Products

Some Willowtree products may be personalised or made especially for you.

Please double-check any names, spellings, measurements or other information you provide when placing your order.

Once work has begun on a personalised item, we may not be able to make changes.

Personalised or custom-made products may not qualify for the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights if we've made a mistake or the product is faulty or not as described.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days.

The estimated delivery time for your chosen postal service begins after your order has been dispatched.

We understand that sometimes a size isn't quite right or you may change your mind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions takes away the consumer rights you're entitled to by law.

Our Website

We do our best to keep our website accurate, up to date and running smoothly.

Occasionally, we may need to update product information, prices, availability or parts of our website.

We may also update these Terms & Conditions when our products, services or business practices change.

Any updates won't take away rights you already have in relation to an order you've previously placed.

Willowtree Content & Designs

A lot of love, time and creativity goes into Willowtree Accessories.

Our original photographs, graphics, written content, branding and other original materials must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our permission where they are protected by intellectual property rights.

Where content or artwork has been created for Willowtree by another creator, the relevant intellectual property rights and permissions will continue to apply.

Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and only use your personal information as needed to run our website, process orders and provide our services, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy or our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to take away or limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
